Jesus falls for the second time

 Lebanon knows only too well what falling means.
On the 4^th August 2020 Beirut fell under the cross.
I have personally met people broken by this disaster.  I have touched their pain – their physical, moral, spiritual and material wounds.
Those who are wounded; those who have lost a family member; those whose house was destroyed and burnt down, or their car broken down; those who have lost everything…
The fall is painful and after 6 months we have not yet overcome the pain, the fear and the despair.
Oh Jesus, teach us to endure and, like You, to rise up again from our fall.
