We, the Provincials/Delegates from different countries, who were recently appointed had the opportunity to participate in a formative encounter. There were three very enriching days, where we got know one another, learn and share together our reflections and doubts. We had some moments of prayer and of learning. We were able to deepen our service by means of different themes: the importance of our attitudes to life, communication, accompaniment, teamwork, practical orientations, but above all, the need to allow the Spirit to guide us, with trust. He is walking along with us, at our side, with our Provinces, Delegations… we are in his hands. Thank you for this space making us feel accompanied and in communion. United in Jesus and Mary,
